How Nutrition Counseling Works
Free Discovery Call
We begin with a free discovery call to talk through what you’re experiencing, what support you’re looking for, and what the nutrition counseling process looks like for you.
There’s no pressure—just space to connect and ask questions.
Initial Assessment
Your initial nutrition session focuses on the full picture—your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition patterns, and goals. Together, we identify areas of focus and begin creating a personalized approach that supports your body, along with individualized education and care planning.
1:1 Follow-Up Sessions
Follow-up sessions are tailored weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on your personalized care plan. Each session provides continued guidance, accountability, and flexibility. We adapt strategies to ensure care remains supportive and sustainable with on-going life changes and challenges.
Kaela Strimpfel
Registered Dietitian, Owner
Beautifully Balanced Nutrition was created to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for complex and often misunderstood health concerns — because I know firsthand what it's like to live with them.
My own journey of recovery with healing my relationship with food and navigating chronic illness (POTS and MCAS) showed me how rare — and how powerful — it is to feel truly heard. I built this practice to be that safe space: where your symptoms are taken seriously, your story matters, and your care is grounded in both science and genuine understanding.
